Barry Charles Loder (loder@bclpartners.net)

Barry has focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions of growth companies for the past 20 years. Personally involved in over 80 M&A transactions and 5 IPO's. Barry also brings practical operating experience to the BCL value proposition

• Heads the M&A activities for BCL Partners
• Co-Founder and SVP of Republic Waste, Inc. a NASDAQ traded company where he was responsible for acquisitions and corporate development activities
• Barry was CFO and COO of Nutrition for Life where revenues grew from $16 to $100 million in less than 2 years
• Barry was responsible for mergers and acquisitions for Allwaste where he sourced, negotiated, and priced many transactions
• Barry was involved in 2 buy and build strategies in the nutritional supplement and water industries where he was responsible for locating, negotiation, and organizing the promoter group

Barry received a B.A. in Accounting from Walsh University, an MBA from Houston Baptist University, and is a Certified Public Accountant

Tom Troll

Tom, who studied economics at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and then at the University of Texas at Austin, has been involved in multiple facets of business, finance and commercial real estate for the past 30 years

• Joined BCL in 2000
• Heads the Capital Market efforts for BCL
• 5 years experience providing enterprise technology solutions to companies including enterprise management and infrastructure
• Portfolio Management experience running a mixture of investment properties including office, retail, industrial, and apartments
• VP of Commercial Real Estate Lending for 2 institutions. In addition to managing the departments and lending operations in multiple cities, Tom personally underwrote, negotiated, and closed over $500 million in loans
• Part-time instructor for 13 years teaching financial mathematics, income property investment analysis, commercial property valuation, and commercial real estate lending for Jones Real Estate College (affiliate of Colorado College), University of Houston, Houston Community College, and the Institute of Financial Education

Greg Pusey

Mr. Pusey currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Advanced Nutraceutical, Inc. He is the President of Livingstone Capital, Ltd. A private capital firm since 1987. Mr. Pusey has served on numerous private & public boards while engaged in the venture capital business. Greg has been directly involved in taking companies public. Since 1988, Mr. Pusey has been the President and a director of Cambridge Holdings, Ltd., a publicly held real estate development firm. Mr. Pusey graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston College with a BS degree in Finance in 1974. Mr. Pusey brings to BCL unique experience of working with entrepreneurial companies and assisting to get those companies public.

Edward Feighan

Edward is currently the Managing Partner of Alliance Financial, Ltd., a Cleveland Ohio-based firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and merchant banking services. Mr. Feighan, after completing ten years as United States Congressman from Ohio, served as the founding President, CEO and Director of Century Business Services (NASDAQ:CBIZ). Where, under, his leadership, revenues grew from $40 million to $450 million in 2 years.

Mr. Feighan is currently one of the owners and directors of ProFinance Holdings, a privately owned insurance holding company which wholly owns the Century Group of Ohio, nationwide underwriter of niche market business insurance coverage.
